hey guys look at this.

Wumen Gate is the front entrance of the Forbidden City, and it's the grandest of the 4 gates of the Forbidden City.It's said that if a minister was sentenced to death, he would be decapitated outside Wumen Gate. But this is only in stories. Actually, there is no such thing. Wumen is such an imperatorial place that the emperors can't allow anyone to decollate prisoners there. Actually, in ancient China, most of the capital prisoners would not be killed soon. They were decollated in the fall.

Although there is no such thing as "decollating at the Wumen Gate", in Ming Dynasty, the emperors did punish ministers at the Wumen Gate. This punishment was called "Tingzhang" (being beaten by a big stick). There are 2 sorts of "Tingzhang": one is called "cannily beating", the minister would be badly hurt, he need at least half a year to recover; the other one was called "indeed beating", the minister won't have any chance to survive.

Being a civilian rocks! You can wake up anytime, no time restriction! whooooohooooooo.......ok met with my ex classmates to play badminton... but I reached there late... lol but there wont be any PUNISHMENT!!! It's been so so so long since I had so so so much fun! night cycling was so damn fun!.... very extraodinary things happen throughout the whole day lol... started with us going to ecp to rent bikes and we had to fit all 11 bikes into the van... so kev was squeezing behind with all the bikes and we had to fetch mj at pp. while going pp... we saw this guy SHAVING while he's driving... WTH.... SHAVING! ok so mj had to squeeze at the back too...lol...
we rushed down to ntu after that to catch one concert... and had dinner at jp... and night cycling started from there!...

down slope rocks! and the bike seat sucks! my butt hurts like hell... still hurts now.... argh....doing "guard duty"at prata shop was tiring...and I think I cycled like the whole road was mine like that... whoops.. aiya dun care la... totally in ord mood...when we reached ecp everyone became like zombies like that hahaha..

returning bikes was not fun. that bike shop opened late...wth...
oh ya... wat's wrong with my pt shorts???

Back from wallaby. Staying there for nearly 1 month in those weird environment really taught me to appreciate alot of things in life. what an experience. shouldn't really blog abt it. restricted lol. but I have sth that I should blog abt. Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End OST.

I realised most of the pics I took with my cam... doesn't have me inside... KNS.... WTH...
and I need to resort to "stealing" from facebook... kaoz... I feel like a thief.

well ndp was a one of a kind experience for me. When I heard I was in charge of choir, I was like... "what? am I gonna sing for ndp?... you got the wrong guy man..."....and so I was in charge of the choir... like a big nanny like that... ensure they have their props, their food, their water, their breaks, their... basically almost everything... sounds easy?... no man! But I enjoyed doing it.
Looking at the choir reminds me of my sch time... especially during JC. well I missed those band practices... sitting one side practising my saxophone or playing the trumpet... and the times when I played the clavinova....oh man I seriously do feel like buying one. I will look forward to NDP every week...I dunno why... maybe some of them always made me smile? haha...The actual day seems like a normal rehearsal, apart from the WET finale. The choir came... they rehearsed... and the hosts came...and they got excited... hahaha... well what to do... I was wondering why the singers din come... ok and the choir was seriously high all day. They were actually singing under the platform for the first time... well I took a video it but then I couldn't upload... stupid internet. While they were on stage, I went to collect dinner with a few guys and went to watch them perform. WA... I can say I was amazed by their performance.. especially how they were sitted after that Singapore Cheer , still in order... haha if I was the one dancing... I would have gone to the medic straight after that song. ok FINALE was seriously high... it was like clubbing I think...even though I never went clubbing before. Taking pictures and signing on their shirts... WOW I feel like some celebrity man...and I gave away lightsticks like free one like that... hahaha I actually gave away until I lost mine. WHY? I was enjoying the atmosphere until someone shouted my name, and water started pouring on me from everywhere... kaoz seriously wet man.... from the small newater bottle... to 2 of them... and then to a 500ml mineral water bottle... and to that gigantic water dispenser.... wth... seriously crazy man ahahaha... I wished I was one of them... enjoying out there... watching them having fun makes me feel sad man... Argh I wanna go back sch!.... haha and so finale was like taking pics and running away from people with water bottles... and there was this David... I dunno why but he was like everywhere. Really everywhere... He was disrupting people from taking photos ahaha... he was like high in another way... so I gave him one lightstick... and I realised there were more lightsticks in my pouch when I reached home..hahaha...

well ndp was fun... and the choir was really one bunch of fun/nice/active people. There was once I was thinking of wearing that costume and dance with them haha... but that is absurd man!.. it's gd to have fun...and well, ndp is over = more outfields. sianz.

ok so I shall be a thief next week and steal all the photos from facebook and post it. haha memories...................
and so I will miss NDP choir 08!...

ok here's what happen on 090808...

I reached show village at 0830. reached TOO early... so I sat at one place, listening to some songs.

0930 the container opened. Finally. This was where all the extra props were.

Guess who's that.........it's not me.

Ok fatigue party had done their job... so we waited all the way until 1130.
Bomb Sweeps done concurrently.

At 1200 schools start to arrive.... and food, water, star lanterns, props were given out.

JUN RUI/VALERON hiding behind that pillar.

There's Mr Lennie giving his final words of encouragement.

And so the NDP 08 choir left for the floating platform.

Under the platform.

And so Choir went on stage....

1906... they left the platform for dinner at the concourse. Absurd dinner. (10mins if I am not wrong.. with toilet breaks.)

And they went back to the platform... waiting for finale!...

ok Finale is over... but they are still high....

Conclusion: choir are potential clubbers.

just thought of something after I woke up..... living in spore....hmmm everyone goes through a normal cycle..... after u are born...then study....and study......and study.... then work....then retire and enjoy for a few years....or maybe if u are freaking healthy..... 50 yrs.... then die......then I dunno wat happen....
Why do we need to study so much if we are not talented in this freaking area.....why can't we go and do other things.....which we may be talented in..... or INTERESTED.... oh man...... this is just some piece of shit.... study and study.....do homework.....test.....study.....do homework....wat the hell.....who will be interested in studies....except those who always score well.....and wanna score super well everytime.......it's quite obvious that arts in spore is not very gd cause the talented pple have no time to develop their potential...by the time someone reach 14, 15 or even 16...and notice that they can't do well in their studies and decide to go some other institutes...it is too late........pple only have time to study...and then go for examinations....if u talented in this area......or clever in the other way....u score well.... earn well.... work in big companies..... live a gd life...... then wat abt those pple who dun score well??? ...they got normal jobs...... earn some average income.... live a normal life..... then those who fail their exams?? I have no idea...

came back from band camp.... body ache..... argh...din slp well..... night walk was not as fun as I expected...but nvm.... then go dinner..... food was better than I expected.... damn nice....there was some grp of pple performing....got one jazz tenor sax player.... he use metal mouthpiece..... hmmm at first I tot he got very gd air support and projection....cause he played damn loud.....but actually there was a mic in front of him...so...haha....nvm.......

Argh...today is damn bloody..... as in real blood..... I was outside the sch gate going home after band..... then it was raining...... and then in the middle of that pedestrian crossing......I holy shit fell down...... and my left elbow was bleeding like my blood is infinite like that.... I decided to go back sch to wash my wound...but 12 came.....then I just board the bus...... ok I did not have any tissue with me....so I clean my wound with my shirt....argh....my SHIRT...... the whole shirt was damn bloody...... and the wound just couldnt stop bleeding...... and so I decided to alight at tanah merah interchange to take cab.....and everyone at the bus stop was looking at me like ermz....... went to Tj alumni yesterday..... hmm..... its been sometime since I heard such trumpets trumpeting....trombones tromboning.... well.....1 person in one section cant really do much.... oh and I realised immediately changing to clarinet after u play sax for awhile is not gd for ur health....
